Happy hump day Divas! As I stated in my last post, I want to show you all some exercises you can do using a tire. The last post I gave little tidbits on working out using tires and today I’m showing an actual workout. I skipped over the most popular exercise using the tire, flipping it, and gave a few more that I like to do. Some are a little wild like the tire burpees but it’s all a good workout.

This is a full body workout no doubt. Everything is working! If you want to change your body, step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Tires are definitely unconventional for the average person working out, but hey I love the challenge and variety.
